Our two focus types: NEIPA & Stouts
The first of our favorite beer styles is the fruity, lush India pale ale with the New England twist on them. They are all about dry hopping in copious amounts with awesome, fruity, hops. They are also about a great mouthfeel created by wheats, oats, and water chemistry.
We also love stouts, and their close relatives porter and barleywine. We enjoy shaping with a great selection of aromatic malts and infusing them in coffee, chocolate, and wood chips
